Spring fun is hopping into Market City! Join us for our Easter Celebration on Saturday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the lower-level parking lot. Bring the keiki for balloon art, shave ice, a prize wheel, and goodie bags while supplies last.

Usher in the Year of the Horse at Market City Shopping Center’s annual Chinese New Year celebration. The free event will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the lower-level parking lot fronting HouseMart Ben Franklin Crafts. The first 300 attendees will receive a limited-edition Year of the Horse fan.

Trick-or-treating around Market City Shopping Center is just part of the family-friendly fun during its annual Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m.

We are excited to announce that Rhea Lana’s of Honolulu, a locally owned business, will host a seasonal kids’ consignment event in the former Walgreens space from August 24 – August 30. This free event is open to the public and provides families the opportunity to sell gently used children’s items while shopping at 60-90% off retail prices.

Get ready for a hauntingly good time as we bring back the much-anticipated Market City Halloween Celebration! Save the date for Saturday, October 19, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, as we transform Market City into a spooktacular haven for trick-or-treaters of all ages.

Market City Shopping Center hopped with the Easter Bunny and other fun-filled activities on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This year’s free family-friendly Easter event features a special Easter treat for the first 200 children, a photo booth with the Easter Bunny from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., balloon animals and art, a keiki craft session by HouseMart Ben Franklin Crafts, plus cotton candy and shave ice.

Lively lion dancing, popping firecrackers, rhythmic taiko drumming and more are part of Market City Shopping Center’s annual Chinese New Year celebration. The free event will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the lower level parking lot fronting HouseMart Ben Franklin Crafts.
